Hi, I'm Sophie.
I'm a Norwich based female personal trainer who believes fitness should feel supportive, empowering and fun, never overwhelming or intimidating.
I understand the juggle of work, family and injury niggles, because I live it too. My approach is to help you feel comfortable, confident and motivated, through realistic and personalised training. I take the time to meet you where you are right now. Whether you are just getting started , returning from a break, or ready to challenge yourself further. I will be here, to support you every step of the way.
With a background in competitive sports, I also support clients with performance-focused goals, structured training and event preparation.
Above all, I work with people of all ages who want to move better, feel stronger and build confidence in their bodies. No matter where you're starting from, it's never too late to invest in your health, wellbeing and long-term quality of life.

Sessions are coached at your pace, with clear guidance, encouragement & time to build confidence and technique.

Progress & Adaption
As you get stronger, we adapt your training to keep you progressing, and switch your program up every 8 to 12 weeks to keep things interesting and keep you progressing safely.
