About Me

Hi, I'm Sophie.

I'm a Norwich based female personal trainer who believes fitness should feel supportive, empowering and fun, never overwhelming or intimidating.

I understand the juggle of work, family and injury niggles, because I live it too. My approach is to help you feel comfortable, confident and motivated, through realistic and personalised training. I take the time to meet you where you are right now. Whether you are just getting started , returning from a break, or ready to challenge yourself further. I will be here, to support you every step of the way. 

With a background in competitive sports, I also support clients with performance-focused goals, structured training and event preparation.

Above all, I work with people of all ages who want to move better, feel stronger and build confidence in their bodies. No matter where you're starting from, it's never too late to invest in your health, wellbeing and long-term quality of life.

Initial Consultation

We begin with a relaxed chat about your goals, lifestyle, training history. We'll assess Movement, discuss any injuries or concerns, and start shaping a plan tailored to you.

Personalised Plan

Your training is tailored to you! Your preferences, your schedule, ability and goals -  with a focus on progress that feels realistic, sustainable and achievable.

Supportive Coaching

Sessions are coached at your pace, with clear guidance, encouragement & time to build confidence and technique.

No pressure - just steady supportive progress.

Progress & Adaption

As you get stronger, we adapt your training to keep you progressing, and switch your program up every 8 to 12 weeks to keep things interesting and keep you progressing safely.

Where to Train

I currently offer personal training sessions in a private personal training studio close to the city centre​

Private Personal training Studio 

(EMS Fitness)

Train in a supportive, focused environment used exclusively by personal trainers and their clients. This setting is ideal if you prefer a quieter space away from busy gyms, whether you're just starting out or looking to build confidence.

All sessions are fully personalised to you, your goals, your pace and your life style.
